PERSONALITY

Fred is quite the hilarious prankster. Ever since birth, he has been pranking everyone, along with his twin, George. Fred and George are quite intelligent. Inventing their own merchandise for their joke shop, Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, they are clearly both smart enough to make up their own spells. Fred did not take school very seriously, but he was a talented wizard none the less. Fred is relatively popular among his peers. However, those who can't take a joke do not like him. But he couldn't care less whether up-tight people don't like him or not. He is also considered a flirt, and is rather popular with the ladies.
He is the more outspoken of the twins, and also the most sarcastic. Fred seemed to take the ringleader role in their pranks, but was also crueler in his humour or in dealing with those he disliked, earning a lot of haters.

Likes: Pranking people, appreciation, Quidditch, laughter, family, business work, making money.
Dislikes: Frowning, uptight people, Umbridge, rules.
Fears: Dying, Mum when angry, disappointing family.
Goals: To co-own a successful joke shop with George, to make people feel joy, to make people laugh.

Weaknesses: When he's apart from his twin, cockiness, crueler humour than his twin, cooking.
Quirks: Often responding to his twin's name instead of his own, finding humour in everything, finishing his twin's sentences, and having his sentences finished by George.

Biography:
Fred Weasley was a pure-blood wizard, son of Molly and Arthur Weasley. He had a twin brother, George Weasley whom he was very, very close with. They would often finish each other's sentences. The two of them were usually wreaking havoc and pulling pranks on unexpected victims. Both he and his twin brother were popular students, known for their sense of humour, and as Beaters for the Gryffindor Quidditch team. In their seventh year, they joined Dumbledore's Army. Fred left Hogwarts that year to open a joke shop with his brother which became very sucessful. He joined the Order of the Phoenix when he was of age. In 1998, Fred participated in the Battle of Hogwarts. While fighting alongside his brother, Percy, he was killed in an explosion.


AND THE SORTING HAT SAYS...

Fred was joking quietly with George when he heard his name be called.
"WEASLEY, FRED." George shot Fred a look, and Fred knew exactly what he was planning. He grinned wickedly and nodded at George.
“Get on up there, Fred.” he told George.
Fred snickered lightly as the sorting hat realized that it was George, not him. Well.. It was worth a shot. He thought.
Fred watched George being sorted with a smile on his face, cheering along with everyone when he got sorted into Gryffindor. I hope I get Gryffindor as well...
"Now will the real Fred Weasley please get up here?" Professor McGonagall said slightly annoyed, pursing her lips, staring right at Fred. Fred grinned cockily and walked up to the stool, and sat down, watching as the Sorting Hat slipped onto his head and over his eyes.
"Another Weasley? You are the other one's twin. Hmm..." the sorting hat said, amused. "GRYFFINDOR!"
Fred smiled widely and cheered as he walked over to Gryffindor table, sitting beside his brother.
"See? I told you we would get Gryffindor." He said to George. "Now... What to do first in Hogwarts? I was thinking we could..."
"Yeah," Said George, smiling slyly. "I was thinking we could do that too."
The twins laughed, and looked up at the stool, watching the next person get sorted.
